What is a virtual terminal?
Software in your browser that lets you take card and ACH payments by typing in the details, or by connecting a card reader for in-person sales.
Do I need a card reader?
No. You can key in payments from your browser on day one. Add a reader when you want to take tap, dip and swipe.
How much does it cost?
There’s no monthly Virtual Terminal fee, and readers are a one-time purchase. Processing is priced for your volume, so tell us how you take payments and we’ll put a quote together.
Is my customers’ card data secure?
Card data is tokenized, which reduces your PCI scope, and every reader is P2PE-validated.
Can I take ACH?
Yes. Key in bank details from the same screen you use for cards.
Can I manage more than one merchant account?
Yes. Switch between accounts and locations from one drop-down, all in one dashboard.
Can I save a customer’s card for next time?
Yes. Saved cards live securely in your customer vault.
What is Product 3, and will I qualify?
