Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how Run Payments LLC ("Run Payments," "we" or "us") collects and uses information when you visit runpayments.io, submit a form, or otherwise interact with our marketing website. It does not describe information processed through our payment products or services on behalf of merchants, partners, or other customers.

Information Collected

We may collect, store and use the following kinds of data:

  • Information about your visits to and use of this website;
  • Information that you provide to us for the purpose of inquiring about our products and services and/or subscribing to our email notifications.

Website Visit Information

When you visit this website, we and the analytics services described below collect information about your device and your visit, such as your IP address, approximate location, browser type, the site that referred you, the pages you view and how long you stay. We use it to run and improve the website and for marketing, including learning which companies are interested in our services.

Analytics and Cookies

We use these analytics services on runpayments.io:

  • Google Analytics, which measures how visitors use the website. It sets cookies in your browser.
  • A business-intelligence service, which identifies the company a visit comes from, based on the network it uses. It may set cookies in your browser.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without using cookies.

We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies.

To turn off Google Analytics and the business-intelligence service, choose Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page. We remember that choice with a cookie in your browser, and while it's set, neither service loads.

Information You Submit Through Our Forms

When you fill out a form on our website, we collect what you enter, such as your name, business name, email address and phone number. We also collect details about the submission: the page it came from, how you reached it, such as a campaign link, and the date and time.

While you browse, your browser keeps a short record of your visit: the pages you view, the page you arrived on, and the site or campaign link that brought you. It also remembers how you first reached us, for up to 90 days. This record stays on your device. It's sent to us only if you submit a form, together with your device type and how long the form took to fill out.

On our longer forms, we save your details when you finish the contact step, and your answers as you go. If you leave before the end, we keep what you entered and may follow up.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address and a record of the consent you gave.

Information Our Partners Provide

Some partners, such as banks and software companies, may refer a business to us with that business's permission. When they do, we receive the contact and business details they share.

Checking That Submissions Are Genuine

To protect against fraud and spam, we check each submission. We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-protection service. We also record the approximate location and network the submission came from, such as the city, postal code, country and internet provider or organization, as our hosting provider reports them. We keep these details with the submission to help judge whether it's legitimate. We don't keep your IP address: we use a scrambled form of it briefly to limit repeated submissions, and then discard it.

Use of Your Data

We may use your information to:

  1. Respond to your inquiry and provide information or materials you request;
  2. Communicate with you about our products and services, including marketing communications where permitted;
  3. Manage referrals and relationships with our partners;
  4. Protect our website and forms against fraud, spam and abuse; and
  5. Understand how our website is used and improve our website, products and marketing.

Who We Share It With

We share submission details with service providers that help run our business, such as hosting, security, email delivery, and internal collaboration and record-keeping tools. They process it on our behalf. Google and the business-intelligence service receive information about your visit, as described under Analytics and Cookies.

If you fill out a form on a partner's page, such as a referral partner's landing page, we also send your submission to that partner. If a partner referred you, we may tell that partner the status of the referral.

Additional Disclosures

In addition to the disclosures identified elsewhere in this privacy policy, we may disclose information about you:

  1. To the extent that we are required to do so by law;
  2. In connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;
  3. In order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for fraud prevention).

Securing Your Personal Data

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information against loss, misuse or alteration.

How Long We Keep It

We keep submission details as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship with you, taking into account the purposes described above and applicable legal, accounting and operational requirements. Copies used only to receive and route submissions are deleted after 180 days.

Your Choices

You may contact us at info@runpayments.io to ask about, access, correct or delete personal information we maintain about you. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.
