Rob co-founded Run after being one of the original leaders at CardConnect, where he oversaw product and integrated payments, contributing to the company’s sale to First Data/Fiserv. Prior to his work in payments, he led business recovery solutions at FTI Consulting and PwC.

Rich co-founded RUN with a unique vision on how payment platforms should be built. Rich previously was an integral element to CardConnect / Fiserv’s ISV partner channel, pioneering strategies for acquisition, merchant sales and solutions engineering. 

Dimitri joined RUN after a successful exit of a multi-location retail and distribution business. He has also led acquisitions for a Chicago family office, and ultimately took the leap to integrated payments at CardConnect prior to its sale to Fiserv.

Joe leads development for the full RUN platform. As former CTO of CardConnect, Joe has an unmatched skillset in building partner and software-led payment systems, allowing us to quickly accelerate our vision into market-ready products.

Carrie quarterbacks RUN sales activities, orchestrating acquisition for partner and merchant expansion. Her previous leadership positions at TSYS and PNC Bank bring a tremendous supply of knowledge relating to  institutional sales and client experiences.

Michael leads RUN’s marketing efforts, with a keen focus on using creative messaging and unique design to amplify all communication. Michael previously led marketing for Fiserv’s partner division, where he joined after overseeing marketing at CardConnect.

Mike oversees SaaS initiatives, adeptly building all aspects of a successful partner lifecycle from sales to activation. For the past decade, Mike has led product strategy initiatives for multiple Fortune 500 companies, particularly those in payments and healthcare.

Megan has spent the  last 13 years in Integrated Payments on the processor and software side.  Most of this time was spent growing  integrated partnerships or leading a team doing the same. She also led Payments as Product within a payfac. Her goal is to make payments  more accessible to the masses and fun. 

Johnny has enjoyed many years as a people leader in the payments industry, specializing in residuals and data analytics. Prior to RUN, Johnny served as Vice President of Information Management at Fiserv, building and leading teams  in Residuals, BI, Merchant Billing & Sales Compensation.

Lillie has over ten years of experience optimizing business processes with CardConnect and Worldpay. Known for her sharp reasoning skills, she excels in managing complex projects. She focuses on teamwork, creating a positive work environment, and empowering partners.

With over a decade of payments experience, Bob has held senior leadership roles within the Clover and CardConnect technology teams at Fiserv.  Specializing in software enablement, he has expertise in handling a wide range of payment types, including all major Credit Cards, ACH, & more.

Josh, a former CIO at CardConnect, has spent over a decade helping ISOs, ISVs and Merchants develop applications and manage integrations in the payments space. To RUN, Josh brings extensive knowledge in many core facets of the payments ecosystem.
